Daisy just read the story of "Nightingale and the Rose" to the Septuagenarian,whose eyes glimmered like a fiery lemonade with a sea of calmness.The man whispered to himself "Love and Philosophy".There was a faint but gentle smile around his cheeks. Isn't that the end of this journey? A pathway waiting to be explored even in a better solitude.He knew this as Daisy turned the lights off and found her way out to the night's sleep.Moments of dilly dallying with the life.The old man sat up, gave a warm smile looking outside the window,"Hmmm...Life!!I haven't seen you enough...Infact I haven't seen you at all!!!".The little errands of youth and dragged wisdom of old pumped in altogether into his heart giving him the earnest wish of his life."Sleep dear Child..Sleep.." a voice echoed through his soul.And he slept.

Time in life is often a 'taken for granted' factor.The thorough ideas and faulty trial of implementing those to make them a physical reality is the lengthy attribute assumed to life.The old man snored sortedly. 

"Ahem,so Mr.Aspirant,you remember me?"-a voice conversed through his cranium.

"Why are you back? Aren't you the forgotten dream?"-the old man hustled the voice.

"You were very earnest after so long years in your sleep.Hence I am here"

".....Yes,yes..I feel like I am sleeping a long time.Maybe years.And I thought about you.."

"Hmmm..so am here.I am your earnest wish..you see...most human "sshhh" me when I try to talk to them.."

"I stop whispering and only fill myself with a little shady wine as red as the man's blood.."

The old man again snored sortedly. High on time, the "jumping" buzz of the ambulance filled the air.A group of nurses heard the instructions to assist the doctor through the procedure.The old man still snored sortedly. The tagged watch of Rolex vibrated through the seconds of its passage.

There were vibrant shakings all over the physique and little by little the snore of the old man became erratic.

"Utpal..Mr.Utpal Ram..."

The announcement was crystal clear that it pierced the geographical extension of that habitat.

"Mr.Utpal Ram...Congratulations...You are selected..Welcome aboard to the "Bureaucrazy club"..

The snoring man now hugged the brother of sleep-DEATH...It said "Now I know why the caged bird sings..."

Sometimes when looking back anthropologically,I am fascinated by the quote of Will Durant,"A nation is born Stoic and dies Epicurean".Earlier ,neither the words "Stoic" nor "Epicurean" made sense to me when I tried realising the purpose of Civilisation as a whole.The fantastic mystery entity "Time" has been the only witness to the shadows and reality of our entire Universe.Keeping Stephen Hawking's idea of "Time too will die out" away from the context, the entity of Time as a personality has always been a trusted companion.Simply you can say,"Time comes along" rather than the phrase,"Time passes through".However, when analysed in solitude, you can always find the square route of this time.You are only a middle time observer.Not just an observer, but a creator of this entity within the mind.We are all in a way, the creators of the Time frame within the brains that runs like a circardian rhythm within us.Some call it parallel Universe within the cranium.True that.Its simple; the framework of time works in every possible unique method compared to the the rest of the entities so far we have come across.You try to live in present, thinking about the future ,holding the regret/joys of the past.These three temporary phases of time happens to be existing within one framework.This framework is what we call LIFE .An individual thus passes through the route of time in many ways.One, which is an accepted reality that is the standardised time that fleets despite situation. Other,which takes its own adsorption criteria to wade through our hearts and minds.This being the individual perception of time, how does a civilisation is born stoic and how does it die epicurean?.This needs a connecting point from our ancestral thinking habits to till date exploration of 'Time beyond black hole'.A stoic idea , simply put ,is disciplining our thought process.This process resulted in the Civilisation flourish, giving rise to cultures, orders, rules, society etc.Perhaps a disciplined thought needn't be a correct/right thought.The route of time facilitated the experimental evolution of our species along with others. Now, to the epicurean part.This drives on the philosophy that derivation of greatest pleasure is the ultimate purpose of human species.Though the idea of pleasure is subjective, the after effect happens to be the same-The downfall.Time and again every single generation have tried reaching this epicurean state and have been succumbed to the downfall.The lessons learnt by the next generation help them happen to see this downfall at a little later stage.To say, between the gap of stoic and epicurean thought process lies the square root of time.It swindles the gap of thought and appear fleeting away every time we try to fix its span.Philosophically, we were, are and will be timeless entities taking various forms and express quantum of energy in various proportions in this square root of time.

WHEN KANAD AND CHARVAKA MEETS KRISHNA IN THE CHARIOT-A PHILOSOPHICAL CONUNDRUM

"You can only be full to the extent to which you are empty"

The thoughts of Parallel Universes lobed my neurons when I saw Dr.Strange visualizing 1.6 million possibilities of the outcome of the Avengers Infinity war.When started thinking deep,the thoughts wandered retrospectively and in the journey joined Charvaka, Kanad and Krishna.That's like trying to hold multiple paradoxical thoughts together and expand your imagination.

Charvaka's philosphy of inference and materialism combined with Kanad's thoughts on Vaisheshika,provides ample cranial space to attach "NO" meaning to life and henceforth live life to the timely demands.Not moving back and forth,a miniscule matter of atom clubbed together to form the complex structures,form the basis of Universe as per these philosophers.So what happens when these two people have an on-board member named Krishna.

Krishna's "Nishakama Karma"(doing one's duty without expectation),according to me,forms the core essence of his teaching.The mentor,in this case Krishna,propounds a theory of duty bound unselfishness as a way to salvation.Taking for granted,the very nature of "salvation",in itself is attributed along with the many aspects of Soul,afterlife,divinity.Almost all the religions,come to a certain conclusion that attaining salvation is the ultimate purpose of human life.Man is in a constant search for peace.Happiness brings with it an excitation peace and not a linear one prolonged over time.Hence,an objective suggestion for the entire human kind to reach the path of peace sounds Utopian.Period.

While I do agree with Krishna in the matters of self consciousness and the differentiating concept of soul and the body,I stand contradictory or rather helpless in finding the solution to the animal behaviour within the humans which dictates the pleasure and fuzzy decisions in human life.It is only logical to agree that despite possessing the sixth sense,we are not saintly creatures but only an evolved species of Primates.Krishna's advocacy of endless life,provides us a faithful rope to tie around and sail through the journey of life adhering to the principles of common good or say larger good.While the end goals are not defined, its only an assumption based rule to hold the order of the society.The question then is "Can Charvak's Nihilism be completely ignored?".The answer here is partly Yes and partly No.

Humans by large are emotional creatures and are motivated by the purpose they attach to their lives.One cannot derive happiness when one is in search of nothing."Shoonya" or "absoluteness" is a emotionless state or a delicate balance of staying away from emotional state.Say,it is the dark matter of our human mind whose potential is yet to be tapped or have been trying to be tapped in multiple ways.Hence forth ,"Just Be" state of neutrality in complex scenarios is a life time practice and we as a species should travel towards that. Charvak's philosophy of reaching an absolute end while trying to make a living with the hormonal sense in the practical world is extremely complex.

Man should and had always been guided by emotions.A thorough rationalist knows this difference and hence develops a greater emotional quotient to deviate those harmful sways of emotion while the situation demands.This forms the essence being human.Not pleasure but a satisfactory joy of life is the pragmatic way of living together as a society.

Coming to Kanad's atomism,true that matter makes up the Universe,but yet the question of anti-matter leaves our knowledge with limited inference of information.A philosophy that needs investigation with the leaps of time.So what happens when these the Charvak,Krishna and Kanad meets on chariot??? No doubt,you end up writing a whatsoever to convey article like this..

THE DANCING TUNES OF CULTURAL DEMOCRACY

The purpose of learning History is not just to understand the past but to rectify/identify our errors and trials from the past.In that way,history's pages stay intact saying that "Religion" or rather "Religious acclaim" had been the prime motivator behind the fall and rise of most of the civilizations.Be it the  power mongers who wanted to impose a world rule or be it the masses who adorn a cult of common beliefs,always have had wanted to impose their faith over the others.Collective individuality among the masses have also been a failed philosophical approach.The easier way to impose order is "divide,make believe and rule".These lines about the humans approach towards correcting the course of history with the view about the future is repeating again throughout the world.Be it the ban on seven nations by the US,be it the Brexit divide,be it the West Bank crisis, the Rohingya issue and now the Kashmir issue extended so far to the  National Registry of citizens(Assam) had finally culminated into the Citizenship amendment act.(CAA)

Remembering Rabindranath Tagore's "Where the mind is without fear" along with his idea of "Global citizen",it is often a wonder,why CAA is needed at this juncture? With the demographic potential degrading with lesser or no employment opportunities,womanhood under threat due to increasing violence and Indian ranking as 127/189 in Human Development index,CAA has surfaced as the centre attention now.With all due respect to the elected policy makers and the permanent executives,I wonder whether the idea of "Prioritizing and Targeting",happens to appear only in textbook planning of our national planning. CAA as such in its passed format not just violates the Constitutional spirit but also is a needless measure at this juncture.The additional fiasco of  using the state machinery to silence the expression of opposing thoughts kill the voice of democracy.While I quoted historical past,it is also an undeniable factor that the cumulative consciousness of selfless individuals have had overthrown even the most brute forces of history.Let such not be the course of events for India. Prioritze,discuss,re-orient and rejuvenate.Hope and wish the policy  makers understand the essence and purpose of policy making without stampeding the spirit of the forefathers of Constitution.

NEAR UTOPIA OF CONVERGING HUMANITY AND GENDER NEUTRALITY

Yet another episode of gruesome rape takes place,twitter explodes,netizens uproar, politicians try to score up and the law is still taking its own course.When having a discussion with my fellow mate,the question that always surface is "What triggers violence and exploitation?".My friend answered "It's the inherent male dominant mindset that prevails overall." I agree to that,but then,"what you think is the solution?".Maybe, as always believed by me "Education".What a constructive education system does, is,not just the sharing or accumulation of Knowledge but an enhanced and ethical way of thought and living. Sex here is conveniently ignored and is still a taboo subject or a subject of gossip among majority of the population.Either it happens to be funny hyper excitation idea reduced to objectivity and pleasure seeking or it is looked down upon as a mystic not be discussed.However, there also has been a rising  awareness regarding "pedophile" and "child sexual exploitation".While these measures and the steps ahead target the safety of women like defensive arts,stress call number,mahila support centres etc,what we fail to address is the psyche of a biological being and the in-numerous complexity of hormonal interaction.A rational discussion together with an emotional bonding is the need of the hour.With the recent interactions with various social groups, I also came front on head with the matters surrounding adult life.Sex has been a sought out subject and the phenomena of pleasure is considered an expression or need of a physical being.True that.But the problem raises when this need of pleasure is extracted at the expense of someone else's pain.Numerous factors contribute to this outrageous animal behavior. To begin with, poverty with a deadly combination of Consumerism Technology.Next is the biased approach of psychological thinking.The ill effect of globalization has not oiled well with the inherent patriarchial society.When your external life demands you to be modern with a 'hi-fi" thought and false feminist attitude,men by nature look up themselves as esteemed product of a voluptuous society.Lesser are the chances that they treat their partners the same or even lesser are the chances that they bear the guilt of changing the partners with no snag on their pleasure life.That's so because,he is not aware of the biology of himself or his better half as to what it takes to be a woman.This was when the idea of "Beyond gender" took a deep root within me.

Neutrality doesn't mean the idea of foregoing your pleasure thoughts.It's, but understanding your pleasure thoughts.You view both genders as manifestation of nature and the mutual attraction as a harbinger of energy.Well,that's too much a way forward set mark for the society to reach.However,where we need to focus at the current moment is on the mental upbringing of men and the inherent psyche which needs a dusted throw up.Rather than focusing only on safety and the 

post- facto punishment scenario,government,NGOs,teachers and parents need to focus on understanding the sexuality and the anthropological factor hidden behind it.One needs to remember that what is not studied under guidance becomes a deadly manipulative knowledge.Ex.Porn Industry and its exploitation.Its true that the modern generation problems revolve around the stress factor and the euphorical expectations around the marital life.As a society, gender equality is important but what is required even more is humanity.View a woman as a human only then you will be able to view her as a woman and then looking deeper you understand that "What is being a woman?"
