SELFLESS INDIVIDUALISM AS THE FATHOM OF SHALLOWNESS

The world as a stage is what we have chosen to agree but not act upon.The leniency of human's mind is that it is retractable-can imagine things,"new things",even can give life to dead.But the existential crisis is actually outside our head.A prolonged sleep could help us envision our life as a dream within a dream.

Getting attached to anything for so long and getting to the depth of it would only lead us to the 'vacuum' which is already know to our soul.In a way,we all are the byproducts of our outlook about the world.The single enticing connecting point of Union beyond differences still lay hidden within ourselves.When given an extrapolated imagination,the thought process us would nearly end as imagining,"Life as an extended dream which has either begun or ended already"

The question of contentment never ends,for we are never contented with the self.This unique nature of the humans is entangled by the dominating power of the five senses of our being.It hinges around pleasure over bliss and tries to maximum to cross the phase of 'beyond physical'.An abstract thought of God,religion,politics,your's and my life actually when put on a comparative scale,happens to be a miniscule under the vast expansion of the Universe.Both you and I know this.But we limit our vision to the narrow path of our selfish livelihood.Does that mean,we are being experimented by a mysterious guile of super power?

No conclusive answer could be given to that question.The paradox of fate and the sequential belief to overcome fate happens to be our daily battle of life.The slug within remains so true to its nature that any vibrant external disturbances would only make us react and 'not' respond.Right now as I try to put my thoughts organised over the digital platform,all I can say is ''I am still alive and my senses are vigilant at this moment.Many among the 730 crore Homo sapiens had not witnessed the light of this day'.So this moment counts and it's all that you visualize.The past and future are mere drawings of your well controlled 'free will" excursion.The myth of free will is what humanity should understand.

This reality can help us to connect with ourselves.This is a circle and none stays at the top.The very fact that each person is unique and each one have a strewn path in life is the way life should be viewed upon.When this happens the so called intricate pattern of society would soon come to the fore in understanding "Selfless individualism".The world shall reinvigorate to rationality with the mechanical life,the extra terrestrial species which would be super human will then be the master.Sex then wouldn't be a matter of pleasure alone but of bliss and progeny progress.Very soon the mechanical human would become an alibi to the natural human.The qualities of brotherhood,love,lust,anger and all the rest will be treated and taught as a byproduct of experimental rationalism.The outlook becomes binary and prejudice will be objective.That's the age of 'caged rationality".As a matter of fact,we are half way into it.Bombardment of information causes a caution of choice and we are more experimenting than enjoying the process of our living.So can this be equated to "Tree of knowledge".Technically,yes.But what do we miss then?.The pristine ability of silence and the draining nature of appreciating a rainbow.If this mechanical pattern of life continues,the fathom of shallowness shall fill the void and humans will be more prone towards the bipolar nature without any connection to the inner hidden potential.Let this fathom of shallowness be given a deep thought about that we retract to our methods of serene living.

WHY I LIKE TO BECOME A BUREAUCRAT DESPITE KNOWING THE BROKEN FABRIC OF ORTHODOX BUREAUCRACY?

"Bureaucracy" in the words of Max Weber, "is the rule of elected officials".There is a degree of control,exertion of power and the delegation of authority,all of which are codified based on structured rules and fitted in a framework upheld by law.By and large,Bureaucracy is expected to be rational, de-personified and impartial in implementing these laws.This,can be told, an authentic definition of Bureaucracy by theory.

The next question ,"where does this framework comes from and whom does it consider the master?".Various civilizations have had varied structures with the central idea of providing a 'Regulated' distribution of services and protection of people confined within the respective territory or culture or a religion or a geographic separation.Numerous theories had been put forth in describing and detailing the functions of this framework.The results were also not linear;while thee French revolution was against bureaucracy,the later phase of Industrial France only helped to cement the bureaucratic structure(with principles though).Then came Hegel and Marx theories which considered Bureaucracy as a separate entity.Not just an entity but an extension of bourgeois playing fiddle to the power arch.

The legal-rational approach pf Weber happened in 1870's and was considered ideal for some decades, though not without critics.The burn out of Bureaucracy as structure happened through the Keynes approach of Modern economy and market becoming the center stage leaving out the bureau as a whip to control.So as argued by many today,bureaucracy stands at the cross roads of Privatization,New Management,Political dichotomy,Welfare and Development administration.All these are now taken to the flying ground of Digitization under which Bureaucracy gapes to propel itself.So this concludes the technical aspect of the broken fabric of Bureaucracy at the present time.

To answer the question which I had made the title of this post,Bureaucracy,by and large,is the only framework that had existed despite odds to reach the common public through its extensive structures and functions.The executive considered the second wheel of democracy is required despite the market framework that drives our life.Though the functions of a bureaucrat had varied,say, from a guarantor to a license inspector to a regulator to a lobbying agent,its sphere of influence has not shrunk but expanded.Though the hierarchy structure had considerably been scaled down with the digital approach of transparency and accountability, the framework largely remains untouched and stands as the best way to social reform through policy making and implementation.

The above paragraphs validates the technical reason of Why I like to become a bureaucrat.The personal aspect of the answer carries a humane tone.Though pride and tenure are the byproduct of becoming a bureaucrat,the choice of 'Pareto optimality' (doing greater good for the greater number of people) acts as a fulfilling reason why one should like to or become a bureaucrat.

With that being said,can the aim of philanthropy be met by trying to work from within the framework?.True,that the Organisational fabric of Bureaucracy has been eroded by political lobbying,due negligence and a rapid sway of market force.Further more,the laws,at times, by themselves inhibit action of service.This is the basic challenge of a bureaucrat with a vision.To choose growth or to stick to development.Both these scenarios are contradictory at many instances particularly when dealing with the subjects of justice and environment.Despite this a bureaucrat from the personal point of view have a career to interact with the threads of development and her/his goal will be to accentuate growth though development.

The key note lies here, "Learn the rules like a pro so that you can rewire them as an artist with a grandeur detailing".In addition to the above said merits,one gets constantly exposed to the current changes in the field of public policy and henceforth a larger scope of learning.Rather than a specialist at one field,I prefer to be a jack of all trades as an all weather acclimatized bureaucrat.

CRISIS OF CUMULATIVE NEGLIGENCE-Intro to 'Karma theory'

Many things in life are taken for granted including the life itself.The attributes to your life and the incidents which we feel not in control of, are easily inclined to the results of Karma.Karma, here becomes the deciding factor of the unknown fate or so do we assume.

Giving a deep thought about Karma helps us understand the thread that exist between our actions and sustainability.As Homo sapiens,we had and have been expanding the control over our ecosystem.Moving up the top of the food chain,our species have notched the profit of controlling the entire Ecosystem,by manipulative methods.But yet, we still say Karma as the deciding factor!

At this point of the time,one should also be able to expand the theory of Karma not just to individuals but to the entire society.This debate becomes relevant as we will be able to etch the gap between history,culture,growth and sustainability.True that,Sapiens are not the first to walk upon the earth with unique techniques of hunting and gathering.We have had our fellow brothers in the form of Neanderthals,Denisovans,Homo erectus,Homo Naledi etc.Henceforth it could an interesting as well as know-how debate of how 'Karma' attributed to all the problems that we face now.

From Sati to modern day trafficking, from Kinship to proxy democracy, from worshiping nature to commercializing nature,there exists a cumulative negligence.Throughout the years, this negligent factor had been blinding us from reaching the absoluteness of human potential.We attribute Karma to it and yet hold on our pride and idea of free will.Though various scholars have touched upon this factor,it is true that we have failed as a society while treating this factor of 'Karma'.The aim of this essay subdivided into parts is to understand this cumulative negligence through various factors,one among which is Karma..The links shall extend and the approach is to understand "what are we when we are not what we are ought to be.."

THE END OF DUALITY

The strumming pattern of the guitar remained the same throughout the song.The reverberations had little to do with the crest and trough.That's the first entrance into the mind palace.One had to cross the junks of inflated ego, proud exuberance, the ideas of ideal life and many others to reach that entrance.Further more, one need to forego the noisy band of neighbourhood ,consequential flattering of the nearby people etc,  to merge into the pool of oneself to reach that small entrance.All this is because, it takes a calm mind to hear the loudest cry...So here I am, with multiple fractures and a semi conscious nausea waiting for my room to be opened by ME.

The entry door opens and he comes inside the room.

"You know I don't prefer to have the least of your condolences when I am gone",the fractured guy replied brusquely.

"And that's why you are willing to meet your end?",the standing guy placed the roses on the table.

"Least of my concern"

"Aha!! The proudly claimed rationalist now gives up the reason for his living.That's quite amusing.Is this what people call as "dying man's wisdom"?"

"Why are you here?"

"Because you wanted me to.You want an argument as you believe nothing happens without debating.So I have come to debate with you"

"People are people and there's no confluence of attributes attached to any.Emotions are sways of thoughts and could over power logic.I am a man of facts and choices.I do appreciate emotional values but I am not moved by its compounding effect on the entire process of life"

"Isn't that obvious that your life is lifeless?..Dear man, humans are bounded rational beings.You are inherently aware of the fact that our choices are preferential and equally influential by the limiting factors of our emotion"

The struggling fractured man was finding it hard to counter the guest with a valid point.Yet the inflated ego never leaves a person to be himself.

"Ok..if you say so, you are making some sense.See, it is the thesis unravelling for itself.Every part of you has a part of me within.Your own idea of emotional overpowering stems from the factor of your rational upbeat"

"Dear dying man,  it's vice versa.Every part of you has a wholesome part of me within.You should be aware that the sum of parts is always less than the whole.All I ask you is to enlist your choices in a bounded rational manner.Given a choice to be right or to be kind,I am simply asking you to be kind.You agree to it and you'll live with joy".

"I partially agree to it.But the knack lies here.There are no quantified emotions.You simply draw a hypothetical analogy to say how much you're hurt.That's your quantification of pain which is unstandardised.Similarly your happiness cannot be quantified.You again draw an analogy."

"Seriously!!!Why do you need a validation for everything.?Why evaluate when you can evolve? You, by all percepts of your rationality, are aware that there is no absolute law in the Universe.I am not asking you to be at chaos.But within your limited aspects of rationality, try being the one with emotion and least pain causing to your interactive being.Do you understand???"the guest lost the patience..

"Yaar..don't push me into complicated paradigm.Simply tell,What should I say?"

"Tell ,'yes',in that way ,you save two lives"

"Two lives?".

"One from the despair and the other from the overthought"

"But ,why are you walking away...I need you by my side, right!.."

"That's because, you are getting back to your consciousness and the dose for your sleep is over.Now wake up..Bye.."

The strumming pattern of the guitar slowly faded and the hustling noise of the city began.Gaining the consciousness, he realised that he was in the hospital. Mom, dad, Vyshnavi and her parents were standing nearby.

"So..you people have not postponed the date of marriage right..?",the dual idea ends and the phase of family emotion begins...
